Here we few remaining members sit, all hunkered down searching the skies futilely for the return of Mr.EvilReagan. Like Linus waiting in vain for the Great Pumpkin to show up...
But now I see by the big board that the clock has run out and soon the internet landlords are gonna' start pounding on the door of the E.C. Crypt, demanding a return of all this precious bandwidth we've frittered away over the years.

First you tell the man that he needs to quit smoking. This, after 40 fuggin' years of every possible information outlet beating the American public over the head with the news. So you may or may not have noticed that I've been here sporadically for the last couple of weeks. I've been busy moving and working on the truck. But I'm back now so I should probably catch up with what's going on in the rest of the (mostly insignificant) world.
Let's see...the fake Olympics are back...meh...Dalai Lama dissed by the Anti-Christ....meh...Greece still a broke ass mo-fo of a country...meh...Palin backs McCain...meh, told you so...some Ass Stack drives a Cessna into a FedGov building...meh...what else?

At first I was pretty anti Tea Party convention. I mean, it cost over 500 bucks just to get in the door. Then when I heard Sarah was charging 100 grand to show up and speak, I became pretty disinterested. Turns out she donated her fee to the Tea Party. Hhmmm. I'll have to do some fact checking to see where all that dough really went.
Calm down, calm down people. If you really listened to her you would realize that holding our elected officials accountable, no matter what political stripe, is what the Tea Party is all about. What do want me to say? Iran has a bug up it's butt. It's had one since 78'. So they want some rough sex from the U.S. Big deal. Well, it might be if Belarus, Pakistan and Venezuela start acting up as well. See, those guys are all gay for each other in the La Cage Aux Follies kind of way. That's really the only scenario I can see that would put some undue pressure on the U.S.
