news media
I took me years to unlearn the teaching of the Philadelphia school system. Even in the 50's it was bad. I think that is why most cities have been taken over by socialists. Thanks to talk radio (Fox News wasn't around yet) people like Irv Homer from WWDB later Rush Limbaugh. NBC news is only one the rest of the original 3 are just as bad.

Just the facts mam.
A Pew Research Study shows that people who rely on fox news as their primary new source are among the most misinformed on basic current events.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Fox deal
I watch Fox News, but only Brit Hume and Bill O'Reilly. I CAN'T STAND Fox and Friends in the morning. Uuuugh. That's probably the show people don't get the facts straight from. Babble, babble, babble, blah, blah, blah.
Fox does go out of it's way to support the troops though. I do like that. It's all doom and gloom on CNN.

,Very good point Martha, I do like your thinking, Tippers interferance proves one simple point. Listen up liberals, you could learn something here, the liberal does no believe in your choice of listening to whatever music you want, or to tote a gun, speak freely, watch FOX news, pursue happiness in a capitalistic society. But they will give you 1 choice in life.

Science has shown that the earth goes through periods of cooling and heating. Obvious. If humans have any effect on the weather, it is minimal at best. DON'T YOU GUYS WATCH THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL? and here I thought you hippies would be watching planet earth and all that jazz...guess you're still stuck in that tree you don't want people to chop down while you're using free wifi from that on-campus starbucks across the way.

Scientists from some study are now saying that the sun is not regenerating and will burn out in 200 years. I would say that this will be the end of global warming. We should cool off pretty good when that happens. I will demand my return of carbon credits.

That's some scary s***. I guess we have to stop having children so our great great grandchildren don't have to freeze to death. Or transport our society to another planet. Can we leave the fine people of the Bay Area on Earth?
I can't imagine what the enviromental wackos will come up with as what we humans have done to the sun to make it burn out. I'll have to think on that for awhile.

Hey Jack I pointed out some very specific pollutants and bushes statement that they impact climate change. You come back and call me a hippie. I don't know how exactly to respond and am not sure it is worth my time. Regardless of how much of an impact human behavior has on Climate change, it is obvious that it has some. So therefor isn't it in best practices to make sure that individuals and organizations create as little waste as possible. Actually even if Global warming has nothing to do with it, isn't that the moral thing to do? I guess that makes me a hippie, gee shucks.
