Gee whiz, you fellers sure can be disappointing sometimes. These are great videos. Educational, uplifting, funny...pretty much all the things we're supposed to be representing. But don't mind me, I'm shamelessly responding to mine own post simply to get this back up on the front page. It's possible some wandering Socialist will be seduced by the common sense and rationality of Scrooge McDuck and decide to change his or her life forever. (Hey, it could happen, these people are so drugged up half the time they just might do what the little animated duck says. Cool.)

That's both amusing and very, very sad. There is no way on Earth this kind of video would be put together today. Despite the fact that kids could really use such things, instead we teach them that wealth-accumulation is evil and that rich people are bad, bad, BAD. Don't forget! Money=corruption!

QUACKERY!!!! Forget what the duck says. Instead lets borrow money from China and tax businesses to the point where they leave this country because of confiscatory taxes.
Also, he forgot to point out that we need to take money from productive people and redistribute it to the non-productive for the purchase of lottery tickets and cable tv. I don't remember hearing the words "windfall profit tax" either. This video needs to be updated. |

Didn't you notice how easily the Duck deluded those poor young lads into signing away their life savings? And for what? A song and a basket full of lies.
The best part was when he wheedled the last three pennies those poor kids had and then tucked the unreported income directly into his coin purse. He successfully robbed innocent and delicious children, and they were his own nephews. Can we get McDuck to take over accounting for us? His seeming lack of a conscience may come in handy. |
