Is America an evil liberal state?

Apparently in the American colonies, there's this group of people who call themselves the "Americans", led by some nutcase called George Washington. Apparently inspired by the ideas of the French scumbags, Washington seeks to defy the will of our God-Emperor through his liberal ideas of democracy, freedom and equality.

Now we all know that democracy is an evil idea that must be stamped out, in the name of the Holy Empire and the God-Emperor, but how? Should we exterminate the American revolutionaries with our glorious Stormtroopers, or try to reason with them? If the latter, how can we reason with a bunch of fanatics opposed to reason and logic?

I don't think any of us have a dog in this fight. We're all loyal members of the Smack-A-Ho tribe, and therefore, content to exploit FedGov for a few million acres and half a billion or so in "assistance grants".
